Cancellation policy

On bookings we may request credit/debit card details or 50% deposit to secure your appointment.

As a courtesy to our other clients and our therapists, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged.

Missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
